The article deals with the issues of intercultural competence: concepts, structure, principles and methods development. It reveals definition concept communication reviews international approaches to defining multicultural competence its components in modern pedagogy. is considered as ability communicate effectively appropriately various cultural contexts that has numerous include motivation, self- other knowledge, tolerance for uncertainty. noted effective essential preventing resolving conflict, building networks, creating a satisfactory work environment everyone involved. aim clarify factors influencing level mastering these skills. Also there was distinguished categories culture needed be taken into account while conducting practicing skills, namely: context, individualism, formality, style, time orientation. author tries find answer question how can workplace improved, enabling individuals organizations overcome barriers achieve their goals within this global virtual space. There provided some tactics tips promote culturally diverse environment: keep an open mind; have at least knowledge people’s backgrounds; practice active listening; watch your nonverbal communication; maintain personal touch, etc. Intercultural requires understanding different cultures values, beliefs, behaviors, customs, attitudes, social mores, thought patterns, thus, good skills require willingness accept differences adapt them.
